1. Get Started
To start therapy, please click on the Make an Appointment link or button. On this page you can choose to have a free consultation or schedule an appointment. These options are explained below.

* Optional* Consultation
If you would like a free 15 minute consultation please select this option after clicking Make an Appointment. You will select a day and time that works for you and will be emailed a link for this 15-minute consultation session. Zoom and phone call are available options for this consultation. *This step is optional.
Individual Session
Counseling begins with an intake session to go over expectations, discuss what is bringing you to counseling at this time, and converse about background, history, current living and more. An intake session last 60-75 minutes.If you would like to start sessions immediately please select this option after clicking Make an Appointment. You will select a day and time that works for you and will be emailed a confirmation and zoom link for your appointment.
*After this appointment, you will be emailed initial forms that need to be completed prior to our second meeting.
2. Continue Sessions + Evaluate
After the intake, we will continue to meet for a 50-minute session on a regular basis (this might be weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on what works best for you).
In the first few sessions, we will use some time to focus on identifying support and action needed so that therapy is working for you. We will evaluate frequency, support, and action that is working well for you on an ongoing basis so that therapy continues to be a useful resource for you.
