Our sessions will be over video on Zoom’s platform. Zoom is easy to use on phones, tablets and computers.

Click on the Make an Appointment button, then select “Book” next to Therapy Session. You will be able to see my availability and select an appointment time that works for you.
I currently do not schedule sessions on nights and weekends.

My current fee as a Licensed Therapist are as follows:
One hour sessions are $200 USD (50 minutes face to face, 10 minutes for file review and documentation).
15 minute phone calls are $50 USD.
Fees will be prorated for other services beyond the counseling hour (and monthly super bill if requested) such as completion of letters and forms as requested.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking an appointment using my online calendar via PayPal or Square.

You can reschedule your appointment or cancel and be reimbursed with 48 hours notice. With less notice, you are responsible for paying the fee for your booked time slot.

I am licensed to work with California Residents. I am currently working with individuals over the age of 18 who are looking to make lasting shifts in mind and behavior, work through familial or relationship dynamics, address environmental or other transitions, or are looking for support through difficult seasons of life.

Certain challenges are best addressed by a clinician working in a team, or who has specialized focus, or is offering in-person therapy.
At this time, I do not work with:
Couples
Children and teens
People diagnosed with personality disorders
People coming to therapy for:
Drug and alcohol addiction
Eating disorders
Active self-harm or suicidal ideation or behavior
Violent or abusive behavior

As a Licensed Therapist, I abide by the laws and ethics that keep our conversations and your information confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your written consent.
I am legally required to break confidentiality in the following circumstances: a legal subpoena; ideas, plans, or actions to harm self or others; and abuse of children, elderly persons, or dependent adults.

I do not take insurance at this time. I can provide you with a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
